Our AI products aim to make the public sector an even better place to work, and help employees provide high-quality, democratic services to residents.
Ley Muller, Senior AI Product Manager, represented Public 360° at the AI for Developing Countries Forum at UN Office in Geneva.
Ley works with AI governance in the AI & Insights team in Public 360° (part of our Case management software portfolio), led by Sebastian Reichmann, within Tietoevry Industry.
The first keynote session by WTO Deputy-Director Johanne Hill addressed a major focus of the event: "Frameworks for Responsible AI Governance".

Another take-away from AIFODGeneva2025 was the need to center diverse voices, needs, and concerns regarding AI, in solution development. Public360° is proud that our AI governance by design process – first created in 2022 - folds in customer and user input from day 1 of product development. From product team bias awareness workshops to customer ethics workshops, our AI products are anchored in our Responsible AI principles:

"Seeking out diversity of thought and being very aware of who is at the table during the development process is crucial to avoid the privileged tunnel vision." - says Ley Muller in Tietoevry.
